2. Data we process

This application only processes data strictly necessary for its operation:

• Email and password (encrypted with bcrypt) — required for authentication.
• Username — displayed in the interface.
• Created content (projects, tracks, backgrounds) — stored on our servers.
• Session data — managed through standard PHP session cookies (PHPSESSID).

We do not collect browsing or geolocation data (except voluntary map use).

3. Legal basis for processing

• Performance of contract/service: authentication, project storage.
• Legitimate interest: application and account security.
• Consent: session remember cookie (only if user activates it).

5. Data retention

• Account data is retained while the account is active.
• Projects are retained indefinitely until the user deletes them.
• Upon requesting account deletion, all data is removed within a maximum of 30 days.

6. Communication to third parties

We do not share or sell data to third parties. No third-party advertising or analytics is used.

Google Maps is used as an optional feature. When activated, Google’s privacy policy applies.

7. User rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability, restriction and objection by writing to info@datomworx.com.

8. Security

Passwords are stored encrypted with bcrypt. Communications are carried out over HTTPS.
